From the date of delivery, you have 14 days to return your item. If 14 days have passed, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in original packaging (where applicable) and in saleable condition.
Once your return is received and inspected you will receive an email to notify you that we have received the item(s) and the status of your refund.
All refunds are returned to the source that the original payment was made for your purchase.
Please be aware that refunds made to Debit/Credit cards are facilitated by your card issuer and can take 3-5 working days to show in your account. This includes payments processed by PayPal from an external funding source that is not your PayPal balance.
If you made payment via an available PayPal balance processed refunds will usually show in your PayPal account immediately/a maximum of 2 hours from processing.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for the return your item. 'Not Just A Comic Shop' are not liable for return shipping costs.
It is strongly suggested that a tracked service is used when returning items. Not 'Just A Comic Shop' is not responsible for any loss or damage in transit. Any damages/losses that occur when returning an item are the responsibility of the sender to claim back from your chosen courier/postal service, not that of 'Not Just A Comic Shop'.
Goods purchased online may be returned in store in accordance to the terms set above.
Goods purchased in store may only be returned for a full refund if they are faulty.
Any goods that can be seen through the packaging before opening that are found to be faulty once opened can not be returned (ie; Window Boxed Action Figures).
Any return(s) for any other reason will be exchanged for goods of the same value or in-store credit. Please speak to a member of staff in store for full details or contact by clicking HERE.
